Molloy Island is a beautiful secluded island 3 hours south of Perth and just 20 minutes south of Margaret River. This lovely cedar home is nestled in natural bushland with canal frontage. The home has three large bedrooms & sleeps 10 comfortably. The living area is very large with timber decking both front & back of the home.The home is fully equipped with all your needs catered for.Barbecue provided for your convenience. There is a games room with table tennis, darts etc and bikes for sightseeing around the island. There are many great bush walks whereby you can enjoy the wildlife. Pot belly for the winter months where a good book & glass of red wine can be enjoyed. Tennis courts are on the island & tennis rackets & balls are available for your use.Small beach areas with pontoon and childrens playground. Canoe & dingy for water activities available for your use.
