A feature atrium off the dining room and kitchen along with the secure breezeway and courtyard means that the property always has fresh air flowing whilst being secure. A fully equipped laundry with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board makes your stay easy with plenty of drying lines for pool and beach towels. An outdoor courtyard with BBQ and outdoor furniture and umbrella makes for easy living. The townhouse is in a small complex of 14 with a communal pool. 2 minutes walk to foreshore, picnic area, playground. Don't feel like cooking? A few minutes walk takes you to the large RSL club, Cafe Aribica, take-aways, convenience store and Grandview Hotel.
